- 7 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dry parsley
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- Pepper and salt
For dipping sauce
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ tablespoon dry parsley
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4th cup lemon juice
Step 1 – Cutting and drying method
Slice each potato lengthwise into two equal pieces and cut into inch-wide wedges. After slicing the potatoes, please place them in a container and add water to soak them.
Use paper towels to completely dry up the potatoes before adding any seasonings. Next, place the slices on a pan and put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes to go one step further and remove any excess moisture that may still be present.
