  • ¾ smoked paprika
  • 1 minced clove garlic

  • 4 butterhead lettuce leaves
  • 2 cup coleslaw

  • ½ finely sliced yellow onion

  • Half cup oats
  • Coriander or parsley leaves
  • ½ portion chopped avocado
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Smoked paprika 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 ℉ (163 degrees Celsius). On a prepared baking sheet, distribute the beans equally and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly dry.
  2. Bake the onions and mushrooms for 18 to 20 minutes or until they are soft.
  3. Add oats, cilantro, garlic, avocado, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and beans to the food processor’s bowl, along with the mushrooms, onion, and beans. 
  4. Blend until smooth, stopping the food processor from scraping the sides if necessary. 
  5. Make patties out of the mixture after letting it chill for 10 minutes.
  6. Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a big pan to cover the bottom. Add the vegetable burgers to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until the exterior is crispy and golden and you see the inside cooking well.

  • Rinsed and drained 2 cans of chickpeas
  • Minced 1 red onion
  • Finely chopped 2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley leaves ½ cup
  • Chopped 4 green onions
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • Lemon juice
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes


  1. Set the oven to 375 degrees. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until they begin to break apart. Let it cool a bit.
  2. Mix the chickpeas, parsley, green onions, cumin, onion, and coriander in a food processor with a metal blade. Transfer the ingredients to a mixing bowl after blending them until they form a thick paste.
  3. Add flour and season with pepper and salt after stirring. Make patties out of this mixture.
